For several years I was obese, I got tired of not being able to see my toes. I changed my eating habits and without the help of any drugs I lost 10 lbs in thirty days. I ate a smaller breakfast. For breakfast I ate two sections of an orange, one biscut with gravy and black coffee. For a snack I ate a couple slivers of cucumber, pickles with no sugar, Lunch consisted of a salad with cucumbers, onion, sugarless pickles, beets, and chicken. The last meal of the day was always salads. Lunch had different meats, baked potatoes, fish with breaded skin removed and other vegetables. Not always the same. Sometimes I would eat three crackers for a snack.
