You don't need to advocate low-fat cheese and tell people to stay away from butter. These products do not clog your arteries. Do some research.

Why do all these menus start with eggs for breakfast? I don't eat eggs for breakfast, they make me sleepy. I don't eat cereal or any other regular American menu item for breakfast either.. How about including some nice stew to eat? Or chicken? Pork?Even fish for breakfast is a possibility. Eggs and all dairy are in the top 5 allergy list.
