Actually the instruction booklet found inside the box tells you this. I agree, not everyone reads them, but those who won't read the instructions won't read this article either. I suggest the diva cup. Total awesomeness. I will never use anything else. No leaking, no pain, no dryness, and you can go 12 hours between changes!

Calm down Cody, not everyone reads the box, nor does it have this information on it. Actually, I've always wondered why the absorbancy size made a difference. Good to know, now I'm better informed.
