It is so important for parents to watch what they are feeding their children. I will talk about one product only and that will cause most parents to start reading labels. Lunchable s in any box is extremely wrong. Most lazy Moms think o.k. meat cheese crackers not bad with a dessert. Wrong ! ! Most of those packages are no less than 400 calories extremely high in fat and salt. I myself gave that to my son and am embarassed to admit it. Most of the time I cooked a decent meal but would get lazy at times. I the last 5 or 6 years I have been trying to watch what I eat and found I was gaing. Of course went to weight watchers and of course have lost 25 pounds on 8 weeks, not tryong hard and not excercising. Not I will hit the gym and the tread mill and bike, maybe alittle weight lifting for upper body. The point is to eat less move more. Children are not running around outside like they use to because of T.V. and electonics. We as parents can change that.

Cholesterol is not related to heart problems. It is a very valuable part of our bodies which create it, and high cholesterol can signal that our livers are detoxing our bodies. The cholesterol we eat is not related to the cholesterol our bodies make (said the Dr who tried to prove it does) . It does control our sexual hormones among other stuff. 12 health books on my bookself say so! It's another reason to give drugs.
