This woman and the other who writes for Yahoo Health (who I believe is also named 'Liz') have a habit of writing utter crap that will not help people in the slightest. Cheese???? Seriously? NO, NO, No, NO! Nuts? You are not telling people the correct information. Peanuts are a big NO however, things like Macadamians, cashews, almonds are good, in moderation, for a dieter.
Saturated fat, be it coconut oil or from animal fat, was never the enemy (it does not make you fat and there never has been a single repeatable clinical study that shows it causes heart disease or raises body fat) , and it's what our bodies are actually meant to use, not carbohydrates as a regular fuel. That's why when we consume it in large amounts, body fat drops, along with fasting triglycerides as well as raises our HDL and lowers LDL cholesterol.
Oh yeah, 11 almonds or other nuts is SO FILLING! Yeah right! To eat enough nuts to fill up you'll eat way too many calories and too much fat! Just embrace who you are, eat mainly healthy, and enjoy the foods that actually taste good once in awhile. You can bust your butt doing whatever you can to lose weight but if you're not genetically designed to be skinny. If that's the case, just learn to be ok with being bigger and do what you can to be healthy instead of wasting time and energy fighting a depressing, losing battle.

after i read this i had to say this ladies has to be careful, some could eat more of cheese and chocolats and are overweight. i do think a little is good,but if you need to lose some pounds then just very little and a lot more vagetables and no pasta or rice or bread!! a little cheese is good but very little !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and do some sport about 4 days a week for 1 hour!
Eating chesse and chocolate is not going to help anyone but a strick dieter lose weight. You shouldn't suggest shch things to people!
