Good news! Children is the Future of the Nation! And that is what I keep saying when criticizing American food industry marketing tricks focused on children and youth. Apart of sugar and fat (which, in fact ARE nutrients!) there is another health issue associated with the food in America - we have over 7000 food additives many of which are far from being innocent (as artificial DYES, for instance!). To educate the public and help to make less risky food choices in grocery stores I, a professional CHEMIST, have started non-profit resource DyeDiet. Look in and you will find lots of useful information in there. For instance, Gatorade is not an electrolyte by its function, and yet so many kids and young athletes drink the wasteful beverage thinking that it is...You will see more facts. We need to de-chemicalize our food supply too!

first do not limit the milk to anything but whole milk. childlren need whole milk. i am 73 an i still drink about a quart of whold milk a day. second no matter what you serve if the child does not like it they will not eat it. so you loose there. since you have stopped playing outside 2 times a day then you think that the calorie intake should be cut back a lot, well Mrs. Obama, why don't you try your own diet. stop eating ribs, and hugh steaks, and of course hambergurs from mac donalds. you see you do not do what you preach
